"I almost feel bad giving this property only five stars as my family and I strongly feel that this property deserves at least seven stars. Never had such a smooth check-in process. The location of the property is unbelievable. It is located very close to Lake Tekapo. When we woke up in the morning, we couldn't believe the view in front of us. The place had been maintained very well. The facilities were amazing. There was a minor confusion about a fee being charged but the owners understood...

"We had friends visiting from Aussie so were doing a south island road trip. A great stay at this property at Franz Josef. Cute cabin style, warm and quiet. Could sleep 9 so is a good option for families and groups. Waiho hot tubs just around the corner, these were a highlight. Great communication with property owner."

"This condo was a good choice. Easy check in, easy parking, very clean and comfortable. A bit snug for 3 of us, but as expected in a one bedroom. Located in a subdivision with easy walk to groceries and main street. My only issue was with the cookware. There was only a small pot large enough for a can of soup. We had pasta with us. I had to use the only large size pot which was a rice steamer, to make pasta. Otherwise all was well. I would recommend staying here."
