"I enjoyed staying at the Delaware. Leadville removes the 1-70 traffic and makes it an easy drive to Ski Cooper or Copper Mountain. The Delaware is a wonderful historic building. They provide coffee in the morning and have a lovely restaurant and bar. The accommodations are comfortable. The place was kept warm. Parking is nearby but not at the hotel unless you are lucky to get off the street in front."

"We had a wonderful stay at the White Ridge Lodge. The cabin is really beautiful, spacious and well equipped for families. There are plenty of games, art supplies, puzzles and of course loads of outside fun. The internet is also reliable and there are movies and old school Nitendo games, but we prefer to be 'offline' on vacation and the location really allows you to immerse yourself in nature. We were snowed in one day and the kids built a snow ramp for sleds and skiing right off the driveway. We also took night time, starlit hikes, and loved watching the snow swirl and fall. The location also is just a short drive from Brekenridge, Copper Mountain, Vail, etc. The roads can be tricky in the winter months but we managed and appreciated being away from towns and congestion. We highly recommend White Ridge Lodge! "

"We had a very enjoyable time at Horizon Ridge over the 2024 Thanksgiving holiday (Wed-Sun). We had 5 adults and a pet (dog). House was very comfortable and as advertised - kitchen well stocked for us to cook Thanksgiving dinner. Very good communication with Property Manager (only issue was downstairs gas fireplace not working). Views are outstanding as is the neighborhood (Valley of the Sun). We would definitely return and would highly recommend this property."

"The cabin was exactly as described and exceeded our expectations. It is a beautiful area. The owner made sure that we had everything that we needed and left a very thoughtful gift basket for our arrival. Communication was excellent. We would not hesitate to recommend this cabin. "

"I was surprised by how clean and well furnished the home was, as well as it's very remote location. The access road is quite bumpy, so drive with caution. It takes you all the way up the mountain, amidst the snowcapped mosquito range and several 14ers including the legendary Quandary Peak and Mount Democrat. The surrounding wilderness is Subalpine Fir/Spruce Forest with plenty of wildlife. During our stay we viewed White Tailed Deer, Moose, Chickarees, Golden Mantled Grounds Squirrels, Chipmunks, Mountain Bluebirds, Hummingbirds and Woodpeckers. Some very nice unexpected amenities such as a complimentary bottle of wine and several games including a poker table and interactive family games. All in all a very nice getaway property with clean comfortable minimalist decor. Our only concern was the long, bumpy and heavily grated road requires a little bit of patience for smaller vehicles. Nonetheless it's is an amazing rocky mountain getaway location that's well worth the rate. Thanks Steve 👍"

Everything was exactly as described and pictured. The amenities were absolutely amazing! This is one of the nicest properties we’ve booked.
