Welcome to beautiful Lake Ouachita! You are going to love your stay at Margarita Cove in Mountain Harbor Resort. From our condo you are close to 2 swimming pools, a beach, tennis courts, basketball, playgrounds and lots of trails for walking, mountain biking and ATV riding. Our favorite is Hickory Nut Mountain. The view is incredible! The lodge has a great lake view restaurant! You can enjoy your food at their outside dining area along with 2 fire pits, a cocktail pool and family games like cornhole. At the marina, you can rent boats, jet ski, kayaks, paddle boards and canoes. If you are bringing your own boat, you can rent boat slips by the day through the resort. You can get scuba certified! Fishing guides are also available. There are 2 bass guides & 1 Striper guide. I can tell you from experience - It is a BLAST for all ages! You can also visit the Horse Stables at Mountain Harbor. You will love watching the deer roam the Resort. There is no better place to relax and spend time with your family than Our Place!

Overall very nice place
I have mixed feelings about this stay. Initially, I loved the location and how kid-friendly it was with the bunk bed and the plastic kid utensils/plates. She also provided pickleball equipment, beach towels, and games. She was very nice to talk to via text and on the phone as some things had not been updated on her listing or the sheet she provided. We thought at first that she cleaned the place herself since the back porch was dirty and the blinds were a bit dusty, but we notified her about this. At check out though I will say it’s probably a good practice for you to document the way you leave the property (I.e. take pictures, count the bedding as we were accused of taking bedding after we left, and be aware that there is a ring camera outside). I really wanted to come back here though, but ending on the note we left is where my mixed feelings come in, which I’m not sure if that’s something that happens often on this property or not.

Five stars for everything! The property, the area, Sabra, etc.! Sabra was so easy to work with and the property was wonderful! Would definitely stay again, and would recommend anyone else to stay at her beautiful cabin!

Cute Condo
We stayed for a week with a group of 5. The condo had everything we needed in the kitchen. We spent a lot of time away from the condo with another group of people but it was a nice landing place at the end of the day. While we had two parking spots, please note that parking is tight for larger vehicles (e.g., full size SUV and trucks). So be a confident driver or bring a smaller car. Either way, be prepared for some Austin Powers moments and enjoy your stay!
