I would say the only good thing about my stay was the staff. I checked in and immediately checked out. It was very loud all hours music super loud next door and people walking around from room to room with no shoes on. People do live here full time and feel comfortable to do what they would like. My husband and I checked in around 7 and out around 10 the same night, until our room next door at the next hotel had come available due to a cancellation. The front desk lady was nice and tried to be very accommodating but their was only so much she could do.

The lobby and staff are very nice and professional Hotel inside and out very clean...the only thing we would liked was i plug in for a USB cable and a smart TV..but i want to say the TV was fine..i just wanted to watch Netflix

This is my second stay at the Cactus Inn & Suites while visiting Mountain Grove, and I'm just as pleased with the room as I was the first time. Check in was fast and easy, the price is reasonable, the bed is comfortable, it's clean, quiet, and everything was just right.

At 1230 am on the night we stayed someone in the next room was smoking pot and the smell of the pot came into our room I had to open the door to let the room air out. The door to the room couldn’t lock and it didn’t shut right so you could see daylight between the door and door jam.

Although the staff was very pleasant, we did not enjoy our stay. We booked for 3 nights but left after the first night. And have not been reimbursed yet. During the middle of the night, a mouse woke me up going through the trash. When i finally was about to go back to sleep, i rolled over and the mouse was on the table by my head. Needless to say i had very little sleep that night.
