"Excellent property for world class ski vacation.Three minute walk to lift while on the way, grab a coffee. When finished, grab a beer enjoying great apres ski atmosphere. Unit was stocked with all necessary gear that was fully functional. Only draw back was checking into and out of unit. There really isn't any place to park while dropping all your gear. Once you dropped everything, move your vehicle to assigned parking garage and never touch again until you leave. Avant Stay team was excellent!...

We messaged the host asking about air conditioning and was met with a patronizing reply telling us to open the window. Almost like a concierge, helping to navigate things like airport transfers.In this case, the national management company has no idea about the unit or the area. "This is a big house about 1 mile from the grocery store and parking for Telluride chair 10 and gondola. House was consistently the perfect temperature inside even though the outside temperature was negative or low single digits. Kitchen is big enough for multiple adults to cook and prepare food simultaneously. Lots of community space in the dining room and living room. Communication with the host was excellent. Highly recommend!"

"We had a wonderful stay, Peter was amazing and so helpful. We loved the ease of dial a ride. The Gondola system was great, no need for a car. The home had everything we needed. "Very nice and roomy cabin feel. Depending on room you have to walk up snow covered driveway to get to shuttle and main building, with no walkway. Shuttle is very quick, hardly any wait items at all. Couldn’t use pool and hot tub due to not wanting to be so wet and walk back outside down a room in 10 degree weather. Steam room was broken, and no spa services at all. It is not a ski in/ski out so have to take shuttle 150 yards up to market and gondola which is nice then gondola to mountain village...
