"The staff were spectacular! Professional, friendly, so helpful & accommodated a late night check in. I felt like they went over & beyond in their services. The rooms were spacious, clean & provided black out curtains & noise machine if you need the help to fall asleep. The breakfast was delicious in the restaurant downstairs & felt very safe in the hotel. I wish we had another night to be able to enjoy our stay a little longer. Definitely would book here again!"

"Fantastic historical charm. My 6th floor corner room has 12 foot ceilings, deep crown molding, 4 enormous windows, dark solid wood furnishings and a whirlpool tub. Lounge downstairs looks like a gentleman's club: deep upholstery, dark corners, beautiful,well stocked bar. This place! It's a well preserved gem in a vibrant part of town."

"This place is an easy walk from the Westlake train station. The property is also an easy walk to the Pike Place market. There are a lot of great restaurants and pubs close by. The room was basic, but very clean and the beds were quite comfortable. "

"Had the most amazing stay, was our first time at the location and I brought my puppy lunita. I was able to order in and she lived the dog bed. The food was beyond delicious both dinner and breakfast in our room to enjoy the fireplace and water view. Was super cozy and uber was easy to take to our show by Pike market place. "I ordered food in my room for pickup but I never got a notification to pick it up and when I went down to go pick up my food, there were no one to help me until a female front desk member came out to help. When she asked a male bar worker, he said that he clocked out and he was very unwilling to help. Luckily the female worker was able to locate my food, however it was cold by the time I picked it up… there should be nicer members working in the restaurant/food department, willing to help...
