"The stay was truly amazing. The staff were so welcoming and always willing to go the extra mile to make the stay enjoyable. I had a problem with my suitcase zip. The hotel sent a man to fix it. Amazing, now no stress about a broken suitcase. The bar is amazing too, well staffed and great selection of drinks. The gym is well equipped. I am into weight training. Certainly didn’t disappoint. The pool at the Oberoi and the Trident were both great too."

The rooms, especially the bathroom, are very spacious. My parents said they felt they were staying in a palace of sorts. Food: The breakfast buffet is impeccable.
