"I have stayed here many times. This time I got the smallest room ever. VIP Access? You'd never know it. Also, I wanted to walk around the neighborhood and asked the front desk for a map. They had only a tiny, very general pocket map of all of Mumbai, nothing of that area. I walked out and went to the Sofitel next door, and they gave me a great map of the whole area. Trident is an OK place to stay, but if you need a map, go next door and Sofitel will help at no cost. "
