"Very nice location, walkable to Talaquepaque. There was supposed to be s’mores one of the nights, it was advertised on their calendar and then we showed up for it and they didn’t have any. Poorly planned. Then we tried to have a later check out and they didn’t allow it even though we asked very early. So that was just a little annoying and it was an expensive stay. Breakfast included was really great. Lots of food options. "

"We didn’t get to check in until after dark so finding our way to our room was tricky…also the only parking available was pretty far away from our room and the only way we could get to the pool/hot tub would have been to get back into the car and drive ."

"This hotel is in the process of being transitioned to Hilton Grand Vacations property. It's going to need a real refresh to meet that standard. Our King Suite was comfortable. The location is fantastic. My only complaint is that we called on the morning of check-in to request a ground-floor room and to see if we could check in early. "Beautiful property. The bungalows were clean. The beds were not super comfy, but fine for a night stay. We did a two room, the second room was a separate bungalow. This wasn't ideal with our kids ages 6, 4, 2 so we didn't use as it was outside and seperate building across deck. The kids did enjoy the playground though. "
