The staff were pleasant, however the room was filthy, with previous guests rubbish left under the beds. The bathroom was poorly ventilated with mildrew and mold on the ceiling and grout. Plenty of restaurants arround and conveniently placed for walking tours and sightseeing.

This room is close to the train station and in walking distance of most things. I went for Oktoberfest, which an 11 min walk. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and the basics were covered. It was exactly what I needed, and the staff were great!

Very central location for visiting Munich especially at Oktoberfest. Located on street with several nightclubs so was somewhat noisy in late evening and early morning. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable for us. Only downside was scratchy bath towels and our blow dryer did not work.

Hotel and break fast is good. Housekeeping very rude when it is time to check out. Hotel had a plumbing issue so there was not water to take a shower or even to brush your teeth. Staff did not offer a bottle of water to solve the problem. They said that they don’t have water so we have to figure out. Very rude staff in the morning.

Great and convenient location overall, but there are 4 different adult clubs just on this one street block. Made it seem a little sketchy but still a safe area. Hotel was dated and had some waterspouts on the walls and ceiling. It wasn’t a bad place, it was just less than I expected for the high price I paid. Staff was helpful and attentive when needed.
