"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly polite and considerate. After a long and exhausting flight, we arrived in the morning, and even though check in time was at 2 PM, they kindly allowed us to check in early. This was such a thoughtful gesture, especially as I’ve traveled to other countries where early check-ins are rarely permitted. Thanks to this, we were able to rest and recharge, ready to explore in the afternoon. The staff were also very welcoming and helpful...

"Excellent level of service and attention to detail. It was a luxury having the lounge included in our stay and we enjoyed the wonderful hospitality and service throughout the whole hotel. Chef Austin from Scotland was a gem! And all of the team. Pools were great, spa could do with a facelift but other than that a wonderful family holiday in a great hotel that we would recommend and definitely stay in again. Thank you all."
