Lake Michigan sunsets can be yours every night and then come home and enjoy the hot tub on these chilly winter nights.
The Space:
The house is settled on a large lot with a fenced in back yard which overlooks Muskegon's Country Club a beautiful golf course. The back yard has a large cement patio with a large grassy area to relax with friends and family. Gas grill and fire pit with several bundles of wood included for relaxing summer nights after the beach. Corn hole and croquet for some friendly competition is stored in the garage. Back half of the yard is wooded with a bird feeder (Extra bird feed is supplied and kept in the garage), plenty of wildlife to see every day; deer and fawns are my regular visitors. Large hot tub which accommodates 7 comfortably. Three bedrooms; two queen beds, one full, and one twin bed. One full bath and half bath, plus a mud room. Downstairs has a game room with a ping-pong table, fitness area, and washer and dryer. The house best accommodates seven but if your group has eight you have a couple options to consider; the eighth could either sleep on the couch or a queen size air mattress will be available for your use which can be found in the closet of the bedroom with the bunk bed. We encourage guests to bring bikes, or reach out and we can point you to several businesses we partner with for normal and e-bike rentals; as bikes are a great way to explore and enjoy your stay.
