One of the worst hotel I’ve stayed in
They wrote free parking available. The hotel is in narrow streets. Not possible to drive large vehicles. Terrible room service. Duvets were torn and asked for replacement and that was as bad as the previous one. No heating no toiletries, telephone not working. Staff was uneducated and no professionalism. They even don’t how to print check out receipt. Ordered meal in room. Waited 40-45 minutes then had to go to reception twice. Finally when food food came it was cold and tasteless. I asked for water and he never came back.
