"Fair out of season stay... On arrival at the front of the hotel it looked closed as it had no outside lighting, not even the hotel sign was lit, some might have been concerned, even walked away, given the untidy, distressed look to the hotel which is somewhat dire. The hotel’s location proved to be wonderfully convenient for the town centre, local public transport connections and all the other amenities this seaside town had to offer.
