The pictures are outdated. This place is an absolute joke all around. Please save your money and go elsewhere. Roaches all over the property around the pool and hallway areas. Housekeeping is non existent. We stayed for 7 days. We only received a fresh set of towels and toilet paper bc I asked. To receive new towels you have to go to the laundry room, they tell you where the dirty towels go and where you are to grab new towels from while the housekeeping sits there with their feet propped up. No joke. When we asked about housekeeping we were informed they don’t do it “due to shortages”. After I threw an absolute fit to several different people someone did come to clean the room by doing the bare minimum. And that only happened once. Their breakfast is almost non existent as well. They have 2 choices of cereal. Most times they didn’t even have milk. Waffle mix was watered down and wouldn’t even cook in the waffle maker. Stale slices of white bread and 1 choice of yogurt. Watered down orange juice or oj. Coffee ran out daily and if it was after 9 am they informed you there was none left. The room in general is very poorly maintained. Unsanded and unpainted drywall mud. Large step up into the bathroom that barely fit 1 person. Bathroom tile was disgusting and filled with left over dirt and sand from god only knows how many past guests. chunks of the flooring missing. Dust dirt and cobwebs in ever single corner of the room and inch thick. Very unpleasant staff.

Everything was old. Dirty sofa. Remotes didn’t work properly. I sprayed the bed down with Lysol, got to lower part of the bed; it was sand. Luckily enough we had two beds.

The staff was nice Out dated and definitely could use some maintenance, the room we had some cracks in the paint and bathroom had some mold on the wall by the door. Breakfast was waffles toast and cereal yogurt that was all.. Probably wont stay there again

The good: housekeeping staff were awesome and super helpful. The bad: the entire time we were there it smelled so strongly of marijuana it made my family nauseous. The floors were so dirty they turned our feet black. Limited breakfast choices. The stairs and platform to the beach are about to fall apart. Terrible water pressure.

The property does not look like the pictures. Please don’t be fooled by the “ocean front” headings. This is one of the most raggedy hotels I’ve seen. The room was not properly cleaned! Rust on the door hinges. The television looks like a small 32 inch. Which usually isn’t bad. But the distance from the bed to the television makes the television hard to see. Bathroom very very small and dated! I got pictures of how awful this room actually looked

This is a simple, economical hotel. It is about one mile south of the boardwalk, but there are plenty of restaurants and stores (including Walmart) nearby. There is direct access to the beach with a foot wash, and a clean pool. The staff are efficient. The breakfast was waffles, cereal, etal, and yogurt (no eggs or meats). My room was clean with plenty of towels, typical hygiene products, coffeemaker, microwave, small fridge, and no bugs. Downside: I've stayed at many Days Inns and this one is more grotty, mirroring the area at large. There were some interesting characters outside when I initially drove up and I could smell pot several times outside (can't smoke in room). There was a lot of noise outside later at night. As a single traveler, I was very caution. Would I stay here again? Yes, because it was cheap and my room directly overlooked the beach. But adjust your expectations.

Dirty Room, Trash on the floor in the bathroom, Conjoined doors broken and kept opening when other rooms closed there room doors, full kitchen with no dishes, no sheets for pull out sofa, had 3 towels for 6 people. Asked the front desk for towels and they said they were out of towels. Had to call the police because the front desk wouldn’t answer the phone and someone was out on the 4th floor balcony for hours yelling and fighting. Worst stay ever. I emailed the CEO.

Cheap but not sure worth it.
The room was average at best, The doors were tough to open and the balcony door wouldn’t close without the latch. There was a stench of weed that permeated throughout. And someone pissed in one of the stairways. It looked like there was supposed to be a couch in the room but none was there. Luckily we didn’t need it. I wasn’t sure if the sheets were cleaned as there were dirt marks on them…was looking for bed bugs luckily didn’t find any. The free breakfast was a joke. They had stale fruit loops, Frosted Flakes, a waffle machine and activia yogurt and bread. It seemed like everything else was out. Fun stuff as we were leaving we found some nice crawly friends…cockroaches. Pay the few bucks more and start somewhere else.
