From the moment you step inside the views from the windows will grab your attention. There is nothing between you and the beach and ocean. We are located on the 6th floor. This is a corner unit with direct oceanfront and wraparound balcony off the living room and master bedroom. There is a second balcony off of the third bedroom.

This is one of the few truly Direct Oceanfront corner units with magnificent multiple panoramic beach ocean views. Upon entering, you will appreciate the beautiful, tastefully decorated lay-out.

The kitchen features granite counter tops and is equipped with home cooking in mind.

This condo comes complete with a spacious, private wraparound balcony that overlooks a spectacular one half mile of white sandy beach right outside your door! These views of the Atlantic Ocean that can be accessed from the living room, master bedroom and 2nd bedrooms.

The third bedroom also has it's own balcony with ocean and pool views. This bedroom has a separate lock out feature and can be used as an adjoining room or separate room with separate entrance, refrigerator and microwave.

Family vacation
The check in process was well described and went as planned. The property is beautiful and offered ample parking. My twins loved having their own rooms and the 3 bathrooms for 4 of us was convenient. The views were beautiful and beach was steps away. We were surprised and disappointed to learn water park and gym access were not included; they were not listed in the included amenities but nor were they expressly excluded. Excellent rental with friendly hosts.

Spring Break getaway
The property and location were spectacular! The photos online did not do it justice. My husband and I, along with our 17 year old son and 2 of his friends spent a week at 602 Brighton. There was plenty of room for all of us! The kitchen was stocked with anything you would need. The views were breathtaking. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. MaryAnne was very responsive to emails. Would definitely return here in the future!

2023 NMB Condo Stay
We throughly enjoyed our visit at at this condo. We have been coming to Myrtle Beach for vacation close to 40 years. The views from our condo were spectacular. Probably the best we have ever had. There wasn't a bad view from any of the windows in the unit. They were unbelievable. Looking down to the Ferris Wheel or up North, all vantage points were great. The convenience to "Barefoot Resort" or "Broadway at the Bench" were wonderful. Thanks for the amazing use of your condominium. Take care.

To start, the condo was fantastic. The photos didn’t do it justice. It was much larger and more updated than I expected. Our group of 7 had plenty of room. Every room truly had a great ocean view and we enjoyed the sounds of the ocean each day as we got started and wound down. We did, however, find communication with the host to be a bit unusual. We ran into a few minor issues upon arrival which we contacted the host about. While inconvenient, they weren’t major and we were gracious. We were fairly put off when a few days into our stay we were contacted and told that an owner reported that our children had poured water from the balcony which could lead to a $300 fine. While if true, it shouldn’t have happened- It seemed over the top to threaten a fee. Especially for something that posed no danger to person or property and other units were much more disruptive. This made our minor issues more annoying. When we reported a shattered coffee pot the owner requested photos, model numbers, etc but never apologized or replaced it. When we reported the Wi-Fi not working she didn’t seem to believe us and seemed like we were inconveniencing her to resolve the issue. She never apologized for the 3 days we went without Wi-Fi or thanked us for rearranging our plans so we could be present for the repairman. Then she asked us to detail what the technician said and requested photos. We’ve encountered much worse issues that were less of a big deal based on how they were handled by the host.

Very spacious rooms with a third bedroom having its own suite including balcony bath microwave and refrigerator. It fits well with our group of 8 of two families. The balcony of this corner unit has stunning ocean views. Nice communications with the owner and clear instructions for check in and check out. The beach area is nice and less crowded comparing to other nearby areas. Convenient location to attractions in Myrtle beach and north Myrtle beach. We would like to stay here again!

Perfect Beach Getaway
We booked a kids-free girls getaway long-weekend at Mary-Anne’s. It was perfect from start to finish. The view is absolutely incredible and the condo is fully stocked with anything you would possibly need. We cooked almost every meal there, with the exception of going to the brand new on site brewery. (Which was very good!) not only will we be booking with Mary and in the future, I hope to be able to bring my family there as well!

Absolutely stunning views from a beautifully appointed condo in a lovely building. Great location. Felt like we were on the beach even in the comfort of the condo thus ensuring the benefits of the ocean even if the weather was slightly chilly (April). Book this if you want to be sure of seeing, hearing and feeling the ocean breeze in luxury no matter what the weather.

This condo was perfect for three adult couples with one infant. Plenty of living space and a large balcony with views up and down the beach. Kingston plantation is always quiet & relaxing. I would definitely stay here again.
