When we first got there we waited 20 minutes in the lobby for someone to get us a room. Other than that it was a nice place! It was clean and the house keeper was really nice and helpful! We would definitely stay here again!

If you are looking for an adorable retro hotel that makes you feel like you are back in the 70s this is it! Super clean and the quietest place I have ever stayed in Myrtle. Surprisingly lovely. Extremely comfortable bed. Easy one block walk to the ocean. I was amazed at what a great little place it was to stay.

We’ve stayed at the property multiple times and we have thoroughly enjoyed it each visit. This visit was fantastic and it was the first time we’ve stayed in an efficiency room and we enjoyed that very much. we will definitely be back in the future!

The Room, Pool, and Lobby Lounge were clean and had great space to move around (Coffee Machine was a great addition as well). Hotel is a 2 min walk from the beach which was very nice too. Maggie, the Property Manager was very helpful and kind. I would absolutely recommend staying here, especially planning a trip on a budget. (Rooms come with fridge and an electric stove top as well). 5/5

We felt safe and comfortable. I liked the keypad door, not having to keep up with a key card. The room was clean. I liked the little sitting area outside the door. It was close enough to walk to the beach. It was quiet. There were a few little things that needed fixed, but nothing major. I do wish the fridge was a little bit bigger. The pool chairs need a good scrubbing.

Holiday Shores is a gem hidden in plan sight! My husband and I were searching last minute reservations for a room in Myrtle Beach for July 4th weekend and I was sure we wouldn’t find anything. When I saw that there was an availability for a King room here, I directed my mouse straight to the reviews and they did not disappoint! I’ve stayed in hotels in this area before because it’s located right between North Myrtle beach and away from the bustle of people on the boulevard on Myrtle beach. Everything you need is 10 minutes away in either direction! At first glance you might pass up an opportunity to stay at one of the coolest places on the beach. Don’t let the small common building fool you. Inside the rooms are creatively decorated and clean! The first thing I check out in any room is the bathroom and the beds and I couldn’t believe how comfy and clean they were! And please don’t get discouraged if there’s no one at the front desk to greet you. Maggie, the property manager got us squared away over the phone and was available for any questions or requests we made throughout the weekend. Like sending a hair dryer at 8pm to our room because my husband who has Locs down past his waist decided to go for a swim in the pool lol! If you’re looking for a cool, clean, convenient place to stay at the beach where you’ll also find friendly staff, Holiday Shores is your place!
