"The hotel decor was stunning. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lots of free extras from drinks and snacks in the lobby/bar area to lots of lovely L'Occitane products in your room. About a 15/20 min walk from Central station but worth it "

"It’s a busy place at night. For the 3 nights we were there, one night there was a fire alarm that kept going off, it was a false alarm of course but it was difficult to fall asleep again once woke up by the alarm. Another night we were woken up by fireworks at midnight. Every night there seemed to be some kinda party in the hall downstairs and the loud music was quite disturbing "

"The Alfred Hotel was walking distance to museums, some shopping, and some dining options. If you want to be close to The Red-Light District do not stay here. We spent about $400 on Ubers."

"A wonderful hotel overlooking the Amsterdam Olympic Stadium. Good transport links and freindly staff. The room came fully equipped (even a iron and iron board). Overall a wonderful experience."
