"Very new hotel. Lovely staff. Rooms are the best part although I wish the bed had room on both sides to get out (large room with sitting area and fridge!). Breakfast wasn’t very exciting but typical of Japan hotel to try to do everything not so well. But lovely staff and very clean and organized. Spa on top floor was lovely. "Hilton Nagasaki was the best sleep we had during our 8 days tour on Kyushu island. The exterior look modern, the rooms are extremely spacious and very modern and new looking. Amenities are all modern. Can easily cast your mobile devices to the room's TV. The bed is HUGE and comfortable. Easily the best bed we've had throughout our trip. As usual, Japanese service staff are wonderful and excellent, always polite and welcoming. 10/10 will stay again"

"The location couldn’t better—being right outside a streetcar stop is so helpful for getting around, and being right near Dejima is very cool too. Room was large and cozy, and we had everything we needed. "The hosts, Nana, and his wife were great. Another staff Miva, was super lovely. It's a good place for a solo traveler or couple to stay. It was convenient to walk to the train station, bus station, and many other dining places. I also had a good time talking to other guests. You get a private room though it is tiny. You can lock the door and go. I would stay again!"

The interior looked quite new and well maintained. I was impressed considering how inexpensive the room was. The free amenity room was also a nice bonus, with different choices for pillows (e.g. memory foam, feather) and other furnishings that guests can take to their rooms."
