"This was the first time for me staying at the Sankara in Nairobi, and I found the hotel to be excellent both in terms of comfort and cleanliness. My room was modern and well appointed and very comfortable. The food in the restaurants was good ands the steakhouse Graze was 4 out of 5 stars. The staff - 10 stars out of 5. Very (super) friendly and helpful and came through on every request. The only minor squawk I would give the hotel is that the bar on the first floor could do with an update...

"I had an amazing stay here. The staff were top notch and extremely helpful during our entire stay. I had a few issues with my initial room that I was given at check in, and when I brought them up to the onsite manager, he quickly went out of his way to change my room. ALL of the staff I interacted with were fantastic. From the front desk, to the restaurant staff, to housekeeping, everyone went above and beyond. The rooms were great and very comfortable. Even the room I changed from was great....
