"Getting to the property was tough, very tough but so worth it. I was lucky enough to go outside of the wet season but it was still hard. The facility itself is beautiful and the food is delicious. The staff is beyond kind and helpful. The shower though, it hardly worked and water went everywhere. Booking online on their direct site was giving us a challenge until we booked through Expedia and from here we had no issues. There is not fitness room so that was sad and no iron. "We really enjoyed our stay at this property! Spacious room accommodations for our family of 5. Everyone working at the hotel was So kind and helpful. We couldn't get over how good the Indian food was at the restaurant--likely the best we've ever had! Definitely try the feta and coriander samosas. It was very easy for us to walk down to the mall and do some shopping as well. Would stay again!!"

"Despite being told that my booking was guaranteed and that you withdrew monies from my account - on arrival I was told that Sunbird had no knowledge of the booking, were full and had no knowledge of Hotels.com. My husband and I were left without any accommodation in the vicinity because of the World Rally Championships. You failed to respond to emails and phone calls to date.
