Perfect Getaway Location
From the moment we stepped into the hillside unit, we felt welcomed and relaxed. Fresh muffins were waiting for us after a long trip, along with notes on the unit and nearby attractions. The unit was clean and was stocked with all you would need on a trip. Would definitely be back to visit here again!

We attended a wedding at the Lakeside Barn - This house was a terrific place to stay, as it’s literally a 2 min drive. Wonderful house - Everything you need, and super clean. Great communication w/ owners as well.

Amazing Hosts and amazing Property!
This was absolutely an amazing stay. My girlfriend and I enjoyed the sunset on the patio with all the luxury amenities this property has to offer, what a bargain! Will definitely be staying again.

Wonderful location for kids!
We stayed for a family wedding at the Lake Side Barn just down the hill. My daughters (who are 3 years old & 18 months) had a blast with the play kitchen, strollers & cars. They also enjoyed all the animals we saw on our walk around the neighborhood! Some vacation rentals have a lot of nicknacks that need to be moved when staying in a place with toddlers. This place was very clean & uncluttered! I had no concerns about them playing on the floor. Lucy was a wonderful host! She said she enjoyed hearing our kids playing! She made some helpful suggestions for our family!

Lucy and Larry were amazing hosts and made sure all of our needs were met. She was so attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. We stayed in their cute home for six weeks waiting for our home to be completed. We would highly recommend the place to anyone and the gorgeous sunsets were a great bonus.

Cozy and beautiful
I have been to a lot of these stays. This was by far the best stay yet! It was so cozy, beautifully decorated with all the things we needed. We really enjoyed the pool table and all the selection of games. The hosts were the highlight of the trip! Made fresh baked goods, and always checking in with us and gave us great ideas to do in town they are Sweet people! We will definitely stay again. Idaho is beautiful.

Wonderful stay while attending 2022 No Prep Kings at Firebird Raceway in Eagle, Idaho
This property was wonderful and clean with a nice host. The unit is a little bit out of the way if you wanted to visit Boise or Eagle but the peacefullness made up for it. Would rent again for nearby events.

Best VRBO experience EVER!
My husband and I were traveling with our 3 kids (ages 5, 3 and 1) along with my brother. There was more than enough room for all of us and there was tons to do with the kids. The property includes board games, play kitchen, baby doll and stroller (my daughters favorite), pool and ping pong table AND access to FIreTV so were able to watch Disney+ and other movies. The property was so clean and so well decorated. Our hosts literally thought of everything! They knew we were traveling with a baby so they brought out the pack n play for us and they even provided a high chair and toddler bed bumpers for my older 2. We already booked our next stay here before our trip was over. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Rest and play in a quiet country setting
We really enjoyed our stay here. We came to the Nampa area to visit relatives, and this was our first choice. It's very clean, the beds are comfortable, and the owner decorated it for Christmas. She has impeccable taste! Our kids also enjoyed playing fusbal and pool, and we also enjoyed walking and running on the country roads behind the property and near Lake Lowell.. It was very comfortable, and we would stay here again!

Comfy, clean and quiet
We were 3 sisters in our 60's in the area from various places to visit family, and wanted a comfortable place in the country to catch up and this fit the bill. The lower level apartment was warm and clean, plenty of towels and hot water. Coffee fixings were provided which was a nice plus. The beds were comfortable which is unusual for VRBOs, normally these places have the hardest thread bare mattresses. We enjoyed using the pool table, and were able to watch movies. Had weather been more cooperative we would have been out wandering the neighborhood. There were quail, northern harriers and various water fowl flying through the area, and were able to see the refuge from our apartment. I suspect that this place is awash in wildlife in the spring and summer months.

No need to look any further!! This is the one!!
Mrs. Lucy and her husband were Absolutely welcoming, I requested a meet and greet and they was happy to oblige. There is a bathroom, it was an oversight on Vrbo and they are unable to update info, once it was listed. We had a blast and used the pool table, Ping pong table and foosball table as they intended. My husband and I along with our son entertained our family, two of the days we were there. So 5 adults four kids, ages 7 years, 4 years, 2 years and 4 months. There was so much room to move around, we never felt over crowded, more than enough room and there was something to do for everyone. There is even a Lil room with A kids kitchen with an open window so you can see the kids Playing. I can’t say enough about this hidden Gem, I could go on and on! This is a must stay home away from home. I’m so grateful to have found this piece of Heaven and grateful they are willing to share it with others!! The morning sunrise was picture perfect, along with the beautiful View and we enjoyed the wind that comes up from the valley ! Reminded us so much of Home! We will definitely book with Mrs. Lucy When we return, there is no reason to look elsewhere!
