"The house is new and met all of our needs for a two week stay. The neighborhood is a short drive from old, downtown Bonita. It's a few miles from the beach. The property was clean and well decorated. We had a few small maintenance issues that were fixed within a day or two of us reporting them."

"There were no surprises - all as advertised. Kids had a great time in the pool, it was clean and heated. 2 refrigerators were great-plenty of sleeping arrangements and bathrooms. Host was responsive to any questions"

The location was outstanding and the house had everything we needed. Before we even arrived, Beau was incredibly proactive in communicating a potential issue with the pool heater and even preemptively issued a refund for heater fee for any inconvenience. "We had a wonderful 2-week stay in this very-comfortable home. One week we worked from 'home' and ended each evening at one of the nearby beaches, watching the sunset. "The weather and environment were incredible."

"The house is great for a large family or friend gathering. There is plenty of space to eat or hang out together and the beach is a 5 minute walk. Sunset views are spectacular. Short drives to good restaurants, grocery stores and whatever you need for your stay. Overall, a great location for a vacation."

"This house was great - exactly as described in the listing. It was very clean and had all of the kitchen amenities you would need. Having 4 bedrooms with bathrooms attached was amazing and the extra bath to share between the other two bedrooms was no problem. The Host was very responsive. We would absolutely stay here again!!"
