The hallway floors were being redone - we should have been told there would be sticky hall floors and workmen outside in the halls. Also, the room A/C unit was very noisy. The lobby was nice, the room was nice overall and it was a convenient location.

My stay was good. The building was clean and the staff were friendly. I did not like not having a person at the front desk. Dealing with a person virtually takes away from the welcoming feel. And not having their presence in the lobby made me feel a little unsafe……like the building was unattended.

It was nice and clean. I like my room. The only thing I didn’t like was the Kiosk check in. I like to talk to someone in person. I also lost my prescription sunglasses and there was no one at the desk for me to ask if anyone turned them in.
