"The room is big and clean. All the people in the reception are nice, helpful and can understand English. Service is efficient. We have our luggage brought to this hotel fron Osaka earlier than our arrival and it is in our room already when we got there. They have a coin washer and dryer on the 3rd and 7th floor. They have a buffet breakfast with good selection for 1500 yen. It is close to the stations and to a lot of restaurants and bar. They also have a free shuttle to the airport which is the main reason we booked this hotel. We will definitely stay again here if we come back to Japan."

"My first time staying at capsule hotel and I am not sure what to expect. The staff is helpful in explaining everything and they provide towels, sleep robe, slippers and toothbrush and toothpaste. The capsule is roomy, but it was hot for me at the beginning just laying there. After midnight the temp got colder and the blanket came in handy. The pillow was my only complain it was too hard and I didn’t use it. I had 2 luggages and I was able to store them in the provided locker. It was very conveniently located. And easy to get to from Narita terminal 2 departure area. And just go through the parking lot tunnel. Overall I had a good experience. "
