Narita Tobu Hotel Airport
3.5 star property
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (4453)
"We chose this hotel because we wanted something close to the airport. The Narita Tobu was very clean, and except for one hiccup with checking in ( my room wasn’t ready and so my check in was almost an hour later than allowed, BUT the agent gave me an extra hour for check out to make up for the late check in), the service was excellent. They were very accommodating with holding our luggage before check in and also after check out. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The food (both on...

ART HOTEL NARITA
3.0 star property
8.0 out of 10, Very good, (1019)
"This being my first night in Japan, I had nothing to compare it to - this hotel is old, but decently kept up and the airport shuttle, onsen and FamilyMart in the lobby made it a place I'll definitely return to if I get the chance! A word to the wise, though: for the restaurant, "last seating" time is actually the time they start quickly and efficiently whisking away all the food, so get there early for all of the buffet's deliciousness. The staff were wonderful and managed well with my minimal...

"The hotel is very nice and aesthetically pleasing. They offer shuttle to and from the Narita airport which is super convenient. The rate for our room was also inexpensive, and the room was quite nice. They also have a convenience store in the lobby if you get hungry. "

Narita Gateway Hotel
3.0 star property
8.0 out of 10, Very good, (1002)
"The staff are wonderful. Easy check in and out. Shuttle bus to and from the airport and train/bus station are great. The room we stayed in was clean and spacious. Except the king bed. It was hard and I had hard time sleeping comfortably. So I ended up sleeping on top of the comforter and asked for extra blanket and pillows. That fixed the issue. The 2nd night I slept much better. Over all good. "

"I loved my stay at the Comfort Hotel. The room was small, but it was clean and comfortable. The staff were absolutely wonderful: polite, efficient, always available. The breakfast buffet was far better than I had expected for a small Comfort Hotel: eggs, sausage, excellent rice, a full salad bar, and additional hot entree options. For the reasonable price, the Comfort Hotel is a great deal."
