"The hotel is very nice, clean, the staff are very nice and polite, they have busses running every hour to the airport and also to Narita station and Aeon Mall. If you are new to Japan the location is very helpful since wherever you go in Tokyo just take the busses to Narita airport which there are plenty of in major areas then take the free shuttle back to the hotel. The train station and bus stations are also located at the airport so it's your main point of travel to and around major areas in Tokyo.I dont have a single complaint really. I loved my stay here and would gladly come back again."

"Property is excellent, shuttle is awesome (both to and from the airport (pickup location at the airport is very convenient). You are a bit out of the way so only real eating options are at the hotel. There are a few locations to choose from to eat but all are quite expensive (get the breakfast-included option when booking if possible). We had 6 hours to kill so did a great walk/hike to 2 local shrines using Google Maps (staff didn’t seem to know about them) was about 2 hours round trip. Very enjoyable 😁"

"Excellent location! Close to metro and walking distance to Naritasan where all the shops and restaurants are located. Very friendly and helpful staff. Only downside is that guests have to pay for VOD. "

"Keep in mind that you get what you pay for. At less than $50/night, you cannot expect too much. My only complaint is the square footage is wrong on Expedia. I stayed at the APA location in Roppongi which was a significantly bigger room despite the listing being the same square footage. I was contemplating upgrading my room but didn't because it was allegedly the same measurements. That being said, I did pay over $100/night in Roppongi. The location is very walkable with a beautiful temple, two malls, and plenty of restaurants within 30minutes or less of walking. Someone mentioned "Host Clubs" in the area...NO, there are no host clubs in the area. Host clubs are boardline brothels found in Tokyo. There are tons of bars and plenty of people drinking at all hours, however, no one was noise, loud, or potentially dangerous--just locals letting off some stress."
