An updated, modern 964 square foot guest house overlooking a beautiful, natural setting. Just three minutes from Interstate 40, twenty or twenty-five minutes from downtown Nashville depending on traffic, fifteen minutes from the airport. We are 1.3 miles from Martha Station where you can ride the Nashville Star Train into Downtown Nashville. This apartment is completely separate from the other house on the property so that it is quiet and private just for you. There is a new 70 inch tv in the living room with 85+ channels for you to enjoy, a DVD player and also a smart tv in the bedroom. There is a king bed with a 12 inch Memory foam mattress, top of the line pillows and bedding for your comfort with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The couch in the living room converts to a queen size bed and we have a memory topper for you to put on it if you would like for even more comfort. There is a kitchen with full size appliances including a dishwasher fully stocked with all the dishes, pots and pans, silverware and utensils that you need to prepare any meals or snacks that you would like. We also have a coffee maker and toaster oven. There is a washer and dryer as well. There is a large back yard with a large hot tub for you to relax in. The large patio in the back is a great place for you to sit and enjoy the waterfall and Koi Pond. We have indoor and outdoor dining tables. It is Nestled in trees on 5.5 acres with lots of space between neighbors to provide a restful oasis.

The property was beautiful and very cozy. The location is right off the interstate and is only a 20 minute ride to downtown or the opry house. Talking to the owners was very easy and they are very kind. The guest house is attached to thier house, but it is still your own space. I would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for a cozy place to stay.

Property was clean and owners are responsive and accommodating. I felt the description is a little misleading. The guest house is connected to the main property and not quite as private as portrayed. The hot tub & fire pit are on a shared space between the house and guest house. This location is good if you have no intentions of being loud or playing music.

Nice, cozy lil home with a cute waterfall koi pond, fire pit, and hot tub with a scenic view. Perfect for our "Mommy sleepover". It is adjacent to the owners home, so if you plan on partying and being loud, probably not your environment. However, it was just the peace we were looking for.

This guest house is really nice…super clean, nice kitchen, great hot tub. It was next door to owners of the property. Owners were very accommodating. The house was totally suitable for 2 people. They offer a pull-out sofa for additional guests but we couldn’t get it to set up properly. Overall experience was great!

The property is just like the pictures with beautiful furnishings and a lovely view off the back porch. The owners are very kind and helpful and communicate very well. The Koi pond added to the serene back porch experience if you want a moment to relax. It was a lovely stay for us.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cottage in Lebanon. Very private and cozy. Loved the king size bed-very comfortable! Although we didn't have any needs that weren't already provided for, the owner was friendly and made sure we got checked in okay.

The accommodations were very nice. The only negative is that the main house and guesthouse are about 12 feet apart. The deck and hot tub are in a shared space. The lodging itself was very well organized and perfect for a couple. I’m glad for the opportunity to stay.

Quiet, scenic location - close enough to EVERYTHING
My stay was fantastic. The guest house is perfectly clean, and stocked with everything to make you feel at home. Even though this is off the beaten path, I was within 15 mins of the airport and within 15-30 mins of everything that I wanted to do in the Nashville area. The hosts where fantastic in their communication with me. Super helpful and hospitable. I most certainly will stay at the guest house again when I am in the Nashville area.
