Located in the Heart of Broadway! This apartment is hip, spacious and perfect for groups -- perfect for your next Nashville Vacation, Birthdays, Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties, Reunions and so much more!

Enjoy the amazing view overlooking the neon lights of Broadway and the Bridgestone Arena. Nashville has plenty of rental units, but there are only two this large located on Broadway -- and both take up the two top floors in the Lucky Bastard Saloon building!

Once you step outside the loft, you're right in the heart of Broadway! A short walk to the world famous Tootsies, Hattie B's, Jack's BBQ, Whiskey River Saloon and more. Or simply walk downstairs to Lucky Bastard Saloon and enjoy live music, the Nashville Hot Chicken menu and cold drinks.

This loft is also located in the Lucky Bastard Saloon building. All guests staying must be 21 years or older.

Incredible stay
Can’t get any better than this location for a stay, driving or car service not necessary thats how perfect the location was. We had 12 people for our stay and it was very comfortable. The host was very accommodating and fast response when I had questions. I would recommend staying here and would book again in the future

Great spot to stay for a big weekend with pals. Definitely LOUD nearly 24/7 on the weekend as you are above a bar on Broadway. If an elite home base for a weekend of partying is what you're after, this is it. Never stayed anywhere quite like it!

Group of young ladies enjoying Nashville. Wonderful time. They actually stayed at the bar below us a lot of the time. Band on one floor, DJ on the next. Very safe for them as well.

Host is very responsive and helpful!!!! Place is set up nicely. Fun decor, lots of room, clean. Great access to all the music venues. The benefit of this place is the location without question. While parking is remote, you can drop off and pick up easily for luggage etc. Caution- be ready for the much noise as there is a suite above you and you hear them walking and talking AND Bands and DJs below. Music is very loud and all day as you can imagine being above the bar…

I took my daughter and 8 of her friends to broadway for her 21st birthday.. We are from Nashville, and this was the perfect location for what we needed. Best location on Broadway for a large bachelorette party!
We had a bachelorette party with 13 girls and had the BEST stay! Betsy could not have been a better host to communicate with, she was helpful with store suggestions and accommodated for early check in and late check out. If you’re coming to Nashville to party then this is your place, the noise didn’t bother us. Would definitely book here again! Thank you Betsy 😊

Perfect location
Right in the middle of it all. Walk to everything, including Nissan Stadium. The most comfortable beds of any rental I have stayed at. You do here the music from 10 a.m. until about 2:30 a.m. but that didn't bother us at all. The entrance is inside the bar and was no problem. You just let them know you are staying in the loft and you go right to the elevator. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was amazing start to finish! The communication was fantastic! The accommodations were outstanding! Our flight was very early and our large party of 17 was allowed to check in hours early and we had a late flight out the last day we were able to stay no questions asked! The place is located in the middle of everything which is great didn’t have to Uber around all over. The place was very clean when we checked in and is well maintained! Overall I rate my experience nothing short of amazing!

Perfect Location!!!
This is the place to be if you want to be in the middle of all the music!!!! It is above a bar and another loft is above, so it is loud all day and night. Bring noise canceling earphones or ear buds to drown out the noise when sleeping. The beds were so comfortable, and Showers were gorgeous!! I would definitely rent again!!!

The apartment was located in the center of the district. The host was great to communicate with and the apartment was clean. One thing that you must be ok with is the music from the bar downstairs that is playing till 2-3am. And no, the ear plugs will not help :)

BEST LOCATION IF YOU WANT TO BE IN THE HEART OF NASHVILLE! WE WENT TO A CONCERT AT BRIDGESTONE. THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT. JUST KNOW THAT IT'S VERY, VERY LOUD HERE. AS IN YOUR BED AND WALLS WILL VIBRATE UNTIL 3:00 AM. NO FAN OR NOISE APP WILL HELP BUT YOU GENERALLY AREN'T HERE TO SLEEP!

Right in the Action
This was PERFECT for us. We all left the kids at home to spend some great time together post-Covid. It is right in the middle of the action on Broadway!... This is not a home for anyone looking for sleep. :) The music and bass from the bar below starts in the morning and keeps the floors rattling till closing time.... But, most people won't be there for "rest". We really LOVED walking to restaurants and bars from the door step.
