Liked the apartment, it was clean and plenty of room.we didnt have no washcloths, but i had brought some adult wash clothes so that worked out ok.Could use some seating outside on the porch but overall it was very confertable and convenient to the hospital..

Cozy place within a good neighborhood
16 Sondar was in a great location, its own little neighborhood with restaurants and bars within walking distance. A short uber ride to Broadway. The apartment was very cozy. However there were a lot of ants in the bathroom and kitchen.

Pros: Location was great, very easy-to-access unit, the kitchen had everything needed. Cons: No toilet seat, nowhere to hang towels, shower design poorly where water drained all over floor.

The place was very clean. There is a bright porch light, though, that shines through and can disturb sleep if someone is sleeping on the pull-out couch (which we had). There were some closeby neighbors who were loud at around 2am, which I know isn’t the fault of the property owners, but that was a frustration. It would have been nice if the AC went lower, especially for sleeping. But the area was nice and the location was well-maintained.

We definitely will reserve again. Without doing my research I didn’t see any way for wheelchair access. The only other thing is is the sander website isn’t helpful when maintenance is needed. There is one thing that needs Arthur I don’t know how to let them know.

Clean and comfortable but sparse in amenities. We paid extra to check in an hour early and it took 18 minutes with online chat to get in because the door code wouldn't work. I asked for a refund for that portion and still haven't heard back. We will see...

A couple things in the unit could be updated. The way the shower is designed the floor floods in the bathroom if you don’t have a towel to catch the water. Needs a few touch ups. But overall good place to stay and was clean and safe.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Very spacious and clean and within walking distance to many great restaurants, including coffee, breakfast, burgers and beer. Let me tell you about the toilet flushing. We stayed in unit 3 and each time we flushed, it sounded like a rocket blasting off. Lol. But it worked! Great water pressure and hot water. Would stay here again.

I hate that I chose this property
This was no normal hotel where you would check your bags in and be greeted by hotel staff. The process was not explained to me and the way things were handled made me feel unsafe and unsatisfied. Therefore I did not stay at this property nor would I recommend it to anyone I know. I feel that things should have been explained better when booking it.
