"Staff were so friendly and spoke English as often as they could which made communicating so much easier. All day coffee machine in the lobby was really appreciated. "This is a Korean style hotel. It was nice, but everything, including the TV remote are in Korean. The other tourist hotels had signs and even the remote in Korean and English. It took a while to figure out that the air conditioning controls on the wall were not connected and you need to use the TV remote. There is no restaurant in the hotel. Near by restaurants are mediocre at best. The free breakfast was good. The rooms are very nice."

"This is the most amazing hotel I have ever stayed in! It has a perfect location and classic room design with great amenities. The breakfast is very tasty, as are the beverages and cakes in the café. The hosts are very friendly, helpful, and sweet! This hotel also encouraged me to start writing postcards again. I love this hotel and will definitely stay here again when I travel to Busan in the future. It's worth staying here! Highly recommended!! "

"When I arrived it was difficult to find the office but as a non Korean speaking woman, I had plenty of help from the other holiday makers. It was a very comfortable stay. The styler was a joy to use as our winter jackets could use some refreshing. The staff were friendly and we were able to check-in earlier than 3pm.
