Average in most areas . Pictures on Expedia are very misleading. Rooms are small, shower leaks water from under the door so your towel becomes sopping wet when you step out. The beds are too soft and lumpy . Shower pressure is weak and to save not stepping out onto a puddle you have to point the shower into the corner and shower against the wall practically . This area of Perth is continently located to everything and within walking distance to almost all landmarks and tourist spots .

My husband and i were well looked after, the staff went above and beyond to make my husbands birthday special. We enjoyed the classical feel of the place, food was amazing and we loved the air con in the gym. The gymnasium was pretty spacious .

Great location and super friendly staff. Clean and tidy room but the pillows were very flat and the elevators were super slow. Overall a good pit stop. Would recommend and stay again just for the location.
