Apartments in Negros Occidental

"I made this reservation on expedia. I the called the property to confirm. I was told that they were full and could bot honor the reservation. The staff there made zero attempts to help me, even though I was a weary traveller far from home, in the province. The lady told me that “I” could contact the owner. She wouldn’t do it. She said that “I” could go to one of their other properties and see if they could accommodate. She would not call and check. She told me that “I” could email the owner, but...

"I was hesitant at first since there was only one review but it didn't disappoint me! :) The place was very convenient and the apartment was spacious for group of 4 adults. All appliances were working even the water heater too. They also provided towels, shampoo/soap and tissues too. Litoy, the caretaker was really helpful and friendly. Thank you! We really enjoyed our stay here. :)"

"We liked the place. Whole house, separate rooms. But the water was awful and you can smell it. We did not like the most was the access of the caretaker while the rental is occupied. And isn't the policy of vrbo that the owner/caretaker etc supposedly not in the permises..correct me if im mistaken??..?? The bed was terrible, I'm sorry Hard, uncomfortable. There's a sign by the kitchen by the stove saying clean after use but the stove was dirty to start with. Also, ants everywhere. Bug killer...

"Our overall stay is great. I just don't like how the security personnel approach us about parking on tower 4. They should tell us the nice way not a rude and harsh one since they are the one who knew where to park or not. They approach us as if we knew everything about the do’s & don’ts on parking we’re not parking for free though."
