"We arrived and found it hard to get to and public transit was difficult to use. Taxi also difficult as we have very limited German. We were not expecting to be required to bring our own towels although when reading the advert note that it did not specify that towels were provided. There was a surprise bill presented to us on arrival as well...if we could have communicated better we would have understood this was a tourist tax charged on all beds in this location. Die Räume waren extrem dunkel, sodass wir uns noch eine zusätzliche Lampe organisieren mussten, um schreiben oder lesen zu können. So eine schlechte Unterkunft haben wir noch nicht erlebt und werden sie keinesfalls weiter empfehlen"

"Impressed with the hotel’s professional staff who were consistently helpful. Two staff members - Ella at the front desk and Artigas in the restaurant provided exceptional service. Each went out of their way to make my stay pleasant. They both speak excellent English which helped since my German is limited. The breakfast buffet is excellent and I also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The hotel is a bit dated but comfortable with good views of the Baltic. "

"Ferienwohnung with view to the ocean. Modern and clean. It was unusual to have the reception not covered all day, but somehow okay. I personally would prefer to have staff on site 24/7. Not many options for restaurants bur supermarket is close to shop and cook your own meals. "

Great hotel in very good location

The hotel itself is surprisingly large with a lot of amenities on offer that we didn't have time to check, but there are plenty of restaurants and bars as well as fun activities within the hotels perimeters. The 2 room apartment is big and has everything you could need including a drying rack, pots and pans for cooking, hair dryer, and plenty of tables to eat. Only one thing to note, at least for us, the shampoo dispenser was outside the shower with no other options provided, so consider to bring your own."
