"the hotel is clean and staff are really good. However, there was no airport pickup though the reception told me that pick and drop from airport was part of the cost/price. If the hotel had responded in time to my email i could have prepared better"

"Overall it was a nice hotel but they need to add more restaurants to match 5 stars standards. Staff were nice . 5 star rates but 4 star standards "

"The hotel was beautifully designed, but the room was a bit cold, the heating system doesn’t seem to work properly. Also, the glass shield doesn’t provide full coverage, water spilled during shower and the floor became wet… a bit annoying. "
