Great place to stay!
You really can’t beat the price or location. We were within walking distance to local restaurants and a maximum of 20 min away from anything we wanted to do in the city. Definitely recommend!

Summer Visit to New Orleans
I've stayed here in February 2024. Came back again to visit my son. This is a lovely place, convenient to transportation, restaurants, stores and to NEW ORLEANS! Communication with owners is always a pleasure. Other than some minor issues, this is our go to place when visiting our son. Thank you!

Great location! Great Host!
This is a nice place to stay if it is just you and another person. It is on the strip where there is literally everything! There are tons of places to choose from all within walking distance. It’s about 10-15 minutes from Bourbon street and is centrally located within minutes of any other major place you’re trying to visit. The host was great and very responsive, they offered suggestions for things in the city and was just overall helpful! This is a great place to book!

First time stay in the Big Easy
We had a fantastic stay at this mid-town location. The place is clean, charming and really well located. Easy access to public transport and a number of quality restaurants within walking distance. Easy, 6-minute drive over to the New Orleans Museum of Art (highly recommend a visit). The Museum sits in a beautiful park setting and there is also a Cafe Du Monde there that is much less crowded than the one in the French Quarter. Overall, we thought this place was outstanding and would most definitely book here again. Thanks for a great visit.

Wonderful Place
This is a wonderful place. Very clean and well maintained. And the location is excellent. Pretty neighborhood with essential shops (groceries, pharmacy, etc.) nearby. The Canal St Trolley stops nearly in front of the apartment regularly although you can't count on it being on its schedule if there is a large event going on downtown. Off-street parking is tight but available. Great communication with the owner. Very responsive.

Simply Perfect
Very comfortable, updated and clean place to stay! Location was perfect for us with fabulous highly rated restaurants within walking distance as well as grocery store. Transportation to anywhere in the city was so accessible with the streetcar stop right in front of the house. Highly recommend obtaining a pass to utilize the ease of getting around. The unit was very quiet for us versus being right downtown in the hub of everything. My only advice is to be sure you have the check-in info by the morning of your arrival. While communication with the management was excellent leading up to our arrival, there was an error in getting check-in info to us prior to the appointed time. However, response to our call was very prompt and the situation resolved quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

Visit to New Orleans
My husband and I visited New Orleans for four days in mid-February to see our son. I saw this place on VRBO website. It looked quaint and nice so I booked it. So glad I did. It was great, great location, trolley across street for traveling into French quarter. It was close to Walgreens (down the street) Pizza, Mexican restaurants, across the street, Up & Adam, breakfast/brunch...wonderful food! This unit was clean, had all the amenities you need. Quiet, nice neighborhood. We'll be back!

Mid-City stay on Canal
Overall our stay was fine. The footsteps above us were very loud and all hours of the night. I had read this as a problem in the reviews before. We donated hangers as there was no place to put our clothes. No dish towels were available and only one hand towel in the bathroom. Everything else was fine.

Great location, bad neighbors
The pros: Quiet neighborhood away from Bourbon St, but easy access via streetcar just across the street. Great restaurants within walking distance. In addition to Toups Meatery recommended by the host, we found Zasu (farm to table American), Mona's (Mediterranean), Up & Adam's (breakfast). The Cons: Much smaller than it appears from pictures in the listing. No drawers for clothes and the closet was filled with sheets, brooms, a blow up mattress. All had to be moved to make the closet even slightly useful. But the biggest drawback was the unit upstairs. I could forgive the fact that the people walked like elephants because it is an old building. But they also argued constantly and very loudly. At all hours: 2am and 3am, for instance, which made it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. Our last day there a dog and friends were added to the mix. The dog howled when they argued and the friends were yucking it up until after 1am. If the host could control the neighbors, this would be a nice place. Otherwise, if you value sleep I would not recommend this property.

Very nice and clean. The parking area fit my Honda passport with a little room to spare. Shower door needs a little work but does its job. The place looks brand new. No dish towels. Lots of paper towels though. Everything but food is right here.

Vrbo Stay
The place was ok. The area was very noisy. Also there was a lot of foot movement over our heads we could hear everything and had trouble falling asleep, At one time it sounded like a dog was running across the floor. Also on one of our days a homeless person decided to camp out and sleep at the front door for a long while finally my husband went out to tell him to leave. I also have a suggestion that the property owner get a new sofa it was very worn. Finally we hadnt had a problenm with the property manager returning calls until we got to the property. We reached out regarding the tv cable not working no response. We decided to relax and watch tv one night to chill from the activities unfortunately It didnt happen very frustrating. Location was good as far as transportation was concerned. I wouldnt recommend a stay at this property. Thanks in advance.

Was smaller than it looked in picks but it was still plenty of space. Super clean, property manager was always quick to respond to any questions or needs I might have had. Great location to catch the trolley. Would like to have had chairs available to sit on the porch. Only other thing was that the mattress was super hard but if you like that it’s a good place for you. That is all personal preference nothing negative to say about this rental. Would rent it again if we get back to New Orleans in the future.

Great location
This property sits right on Canal street and the streetcar stop is right across the street. It takes about 30 mins to get DT via the Streetcar but it is about a buck vs $15 for a car service. That being said, there is a lot of noise pretty much all night. There is also noise from the upstairs tenant walking around. If you are cool with some noise but a clean spot in a great location, book this property.

Perfect location to see all of NOLA
This beautiful little house is right on Canal Street. Walk across the street to get on the trolley, which takes you one way to City Park and the other direction to downtown, Bourbon Street, or the outlets. Hop off and get on the green trolley to the garden district and WWII museum. We walked to several local places to eat and drink and felt safe. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was very nice and clean with all amenities. The kitchen provided everything we needed. Full-size refrigerator, coffeemaker, microwave, stove and washer and dryer. We will book this unit again for our next trip to New Orleans.

Mid-City Charmer
This compact but well-appointed Mid-City charmer did not disappoint! Perfect location. Cozy, comfortable recently renovated apartment was perfect for two. Nicely furnished and decorated w/o being over the top. Plenty of space, comfortable seating, excellent kitchen layout with all that you would need for cooking/dining. A/C worked like a charm on the 102 degree days! We had a bit of a snafu that management was quick to respond to. Walking distance to several well-known, delicious restaurants. Easy parking in front of apartment. Neighbors were quiet. Would certainly stay here on our next trip to NOLA!!

Cute place away from the French Quarter madness
We wanted a quiet place away from the French Quarter but still easy to go visit. This is perfect. The trolley stop is literally across the street from the front door so it was easy to get down to all the crazy that is New Orleans but then we could come home away from it. This was a cute place a very modern feel. The couch is almost due to be replaced, but the bed was comfortable and the kitchen had plenty to work with as well as a few spices, coffee and other extras. Would definitely recommend.
