"I was checking in late and had already paid for the room thru one of the travel sites. When I got there, they asked for my card to have the numbers for the security deposit. I gave them my card and when they swiped it, a message came back that I didn't have enough room left. I was embarrassed and trying to figure out what i could do to satisfy the security deposit when the man behind the counter told me not to worry about it. He said it was late and I looked very tired and he would give me the benefit of the doubt and waive the deposit this one time. That meant i got to proceed to my room and get some much needed sleep. I was so happy and relieved. "
