"The shower was sent from the heavens (they have great water pressure) the location is so convenient you can walk everywhere from central park, carnegie hall, Rockefeller,times square and 15 minute walk from the deli 48 thats open 24 hours(the distance helped when I wanted a strawberry roll cake at 3am) and of course the staff was engaging and helpful. I hope to stay in the same location when i make my next visit to nyc!"

"My particular room was noisy as we were next to Delancey street. The window sounded like it was open which made it hard to sleep. However, they do offer a sound machine which was very nice, and came with a large selection of noises. Overall the room and hotel was clean and orderly.
