Short Wednesday through Sunday stay
Myself and our friends enjoyed a 4 day trip to Newark. The property is off a quiet road with fenced in backyard. The tvs and Wi-Fi were nice. One large issue with cleanliness that was resolved quickly with other minor cleanliness issues throughout. The hvac doesn’t have the capacity to push air throughout the whole house so it may be warm in the summer, but we were able to open windows and keep the house cool. It should be noted the twin beds in the guest rooms are air mattresses. All ceiling fans are loose and wobble heavily when running. All in all a decent place to stay with a couple fixes will be great.

Wilmington Birthday Party
We were a group of eight, up for a birthday party. We all had a great time! Everyone was impressed with the place and location. The two separate living areas worked well with our group. We especially enjoyed the chalkboard and pool table. We loved every minute of our stay. Jeff is a great host, with great communication. This was a great find! We will definitely look to stay again in the future.
