Lovely stay by the sea
The location is superb right on the water. The house is lovely and had everything we needed! We had a slight issue gaining access, but the host was very responsive and helpful, so it was resolved immediately. Would definitely recommend and stay again, our toddler didn't want to leave!

Comfy stay right on the beach
First time in Newbiggin and enjoyed it, the town has plenty of resources- a corner shop just round the corner and pubs, takeaways, cafes and a couple of restaurants, a small craft ale bar too. There’s going to be a new bar/café opening any day now just over the road down on the beach which will be handy (and as it’s low down shouldn’t cause any problems).
The house was as described, newly done out, well equipped with comfy beds and an unblocked sea view. We used it as a base for exploring the area. Managed to park outside the house with no problems (one of the next door neighbours didn’t seem to have a car so we were able to park a second car there).

Holiday week
Very nice property, was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. John's communication was excellent. Just could of done with a small bin in each bedroom and there was only 1 dishwasher tablet but these are only minor things but holiday and house was very adequate for our stay at Newbiggin on the sea. We even spotted dolphins from the bedroom window. Parking was ok on the road outside. 5 stars given. Kevin and family

Flawless
So, where to start.
The cleanest property we have ever rented, everything pristine from teaspoon to bedding.
Brilliantly equipped, well laid out and comfortable too.
We chose partly for the seaview, which we even better than we had hoped.
Lovely walk along the prom to the village centre.
We even saw the Bottle-nosed Dolphins on a couple of occasions.
Can't wait to return.

We loved our stay in Newbiggin. The host was very responsive to our requests and provided good local knowledge of places to eat and visit. Property has been modernised recently and is in great condition.
