"Caesar was amazing. I live in the south and I am used to southern hospitality but he took it took a new level. He met us at our car outside of the hotel to make sure we parked in the right spot; carries in our luggage; brought us up a welcome drink to our room while we were getting settled before we went to Taylor Swift concert. He told us places to go after that were a lot of fun. Definitely made our trip more enjoyable!!"

"Elevators were not working most of the week (mostly one out of three).we did not get informed regarding construction until we checked in. Inside our room a flashing light flashed brightly 24/7. Tons of room defects, sliding bathroom door was of it’s hinges, amenities not filled (soap etc). The staff were amazing and friendly and the hotel theme was great."

"I really liked that they had breakfast each morning. I did miss that they did not serve pancakes. It was very easy to walk to Touro Hospital, which was a block away. The really only complaint was that the TV was live stream and continued to freeze up like every 30 to 60 minutes. "
