"The first great experience was as soon as we walked through the door. The staff were busy! But so attentive each of them greeted us at the same time! They were fantastic, each person that works there had a smile. The location is very quiet and well kept. The beds were very comfortable. The location is in the heart of the french quarter making it easy to get around. Be warned for families, this is on bourbon street so after 5pm, it gets a little crazy out the front door but once you walk past bourbon it calms down drastically. "

"Wonderful hotel. We did have a corner balcony room on the 5th floor and music from the bar around the corner was extremely loud at night. But that was no fault of the hotel. It was a lovely hotel."

"The hotel was nice, older but clean. the staff at the front desk were all amazing. shout out to Joy because she was amazing. we stayed in the Alexa tower and our “window” was a brick wall with a tiny “basement size” window up high. a little awkward since you can’t see out. no refrigerator which is also a little inconvenient to keep some drinks cold. luckily there is a lot to do in the area and we had a great time. everything we wanted to do was walking distance and we walked about 8-10 miles per day. "
