"Service was great. Extremely quiet. But as far as room cleanliness bathroom had a very bad smell to it. Shower towels smell like mildew possible not enough detergent while wash cycles. housekeeping was friendly n courteous. Room carpet was extremely dirty i had brand new white socks on and they came home and were dirty like I walked in dirty mud without the chunky stuck on sucks. But just filthy carpet obviously needs a shampoo. "

"Really enjoyed this hotel. Clean, well maintained, comfortable, with lots of personality in the decoration. You can see the fireworks from the room window, that was an awesome treat! A/c worked well. Staff throughout the entire facility was very attentive and eager to help. They seemed to have that disney hotel customer service. Would love to come back! "
