"I did have a great stay and it has a potential to be a great hotel. They did upgrade us which was so nice but it’s the little things like having hooks to hang your towel in the bathroom, they ask you to reuse your towels then there should be some where to hang them. Unfortunately I found the downstairs bed to be lumpy and that I was pretty sore when I woke up in the morning. My sister slept upstairs and said that hers was fine. "Had an enjoyable stay here. The restaurant was very good and also the bar snacks. Lovely pool although crowded when we visited in November. Very close to the port so perfect for an overnight stay before the early morning ferry. Would stay again."
