Summary:
This once was a two-bedroom apartment. We've converted it into an open concept to give it a more airy feel and allow all of the natural light to come in.
Approx 20 minutes to 42nd st Times Square. It's also 15 minutes from Metlife Stadium and 25 minutes from Newark airport.
The Space:
Inside the apartment, you have access to superfast wifi with streaming services like Netflix & Amazon Prime.
Also:
Fresh towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, a workstation, tea, coffee, creamers, and your separate entrance (very private).
The place offers a warm lofty feel with plenty of modern amenities.
It's also situated in a nice location as you just need to take 1 bus to and from the city.
Guest Access:
You have access to the full apartment.
The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is very quiet and away from the hustle and bustle.
A few blocks up you have Bergenline ave where you can find what seems like an unlimited amount of restaurants.
Fast food, comfort food, Middle Eastern, Asian Fusion & all the Latin food your heart desires.
There are a beautiful lake and park past Kennedy Blvd, where you can run, picnic, BBQ or sit and relax in the sun.
A little past the park there's a walking strip on West NY - where you have amazing views of the city (and more shops).
Then there's one of my favorite areas, called Edgewater. More lovely views of the city and nice shops.
Eats:
Di Palma Brothers (Old-style find for hearty Italian classics & a BYOB option in a space filled with old antiques for sale.)
Noches De Colombia ( Delicious Colombian food for any time of the day/or night.)
Joe’s Crab Shack (Informal seafood serving crab buckets & stuffed shrimps, plus American comfort dishes)
Menya Sandaime - Japanese Ramen shop in Fort Lee. Very cozy with traditional decor. This place is my go-to stop for delicious Ramen dishes.
The Pancake House in Edgewater - Good old American breakfast (best pancakes hands down). Diverse crowd, which only means that this place is so good everyone wants in.
The Chart House in Weehawken. Great steak with lovely city views.
Molo's in Weehawken. Modern Mediterranean cuisine that specializes in seafood, with gorgeous riverfront views of the city.
If you're visiting the city and in the mood for some crazy good Southern food, I recommend "Dinosaur Bar-B-Que" on 125th street in Harlem.

Also in NYC, I recommend that you take a walk through “The Highline.” It begins on 14th street.

Chinatown
Lower East Side (L.E.S)
Soho
The village
Meatpacking District
Hells Kitchen
Alphabet City
Little Italy (In NYC & The Bronx)
Dumbo House in Brooklyn
Brooklyn Bridge
Williamsburg
Coney Island
Crown Heights
Getting Around:
Grocery Store: There's a grocery store just up the block called "Palm of Beach Grocery." When exiting the apartment make a left and walk up the hill.
Transportation: The 127/154 bus takes you directly to the Port Authority (42nd street Times Square) in NYC. For schedules, you have three options: Download the mobile app "MyTerminal," visit the website Njtransit.com. or call the NJ Transit directly.
Located on Tonnelle ave 127 Bus stop #21505
Located on Kennedy Blvd 154 bus stop #21403
Transit payment: The easiest way to purchase bus tickets is through the NJTransit app. Be sure to put "zone 2" for either bus.
You can also pay with cash but only within Jersey. If you are in NYC Port Authority you must purchase a ticket using the machine or via mobile app.

Ubers are also very popular here.
If you're an active rider you can rent a bike on Bergenline at “James Vincent Bicycles,” and ride over the GWB to NYC. It's a beautiful way to see the city and the view is gorgeous. It's worth doing if you enjoy bicycling.
You can also download the “Citi Bike” app and rent one of our city bikes by the hour, day, or week. It’s super convenient.
