"Staff are amazing freindly and welcoming. beds are comfortable. Hotel is clean and walk to the airport is about a 5 minute walk. continental breakfast is poor not much choice we ended up having just a coffee. Should put on a hot breakfast and bring back the cereal bars. "

"We only stayed one night for our daughter’s 8th birthday shopping trip, the staff decorated our room with ballooons and confetti and made a cake from towels! Absolutely incredible service. Highly recommended to anyone wanting to stay in Bristol. The room is clean and tidy, and the bed was the comfiest I have stayed in! All shampoo and conditioner and body was is supplied too. Staff are so friendly. Didn’t eat at the restaurant but the food did look amazing! "
