"Even though the rooms are just average at best, you have many options for restaurants, grocery shopping, and close proximity to the beach. It’s quite safe around there, but you do hear some of the freeway traffic. Overall though, I’d recommend this place if you need a comfy bed and good options for food."

"The best motel in all of north county for location, nicely renovated rooms, friendly staff and quiet. New heat & cool units in each room are easy to set and are accurate to set and forget. There are plenty of fast food restaurants around and a Walmart within walking distance. Lyft & Uber frequent this motel as needed and all rooms are easy to find. Coffee is available each morning in the lobby until 10:00 a.m. which is seldom seen these days. An elevator which makes it so much easier to check-in...
