Apartments in North Central Texas

"The apartment is nice and well appointed. It is walking distance to restaurants on lower Greenville and centrally located for all of the sites of Dallas. Previous renters have mentioned that the apartment is built over a carport resulting in two oddities. 1) The assigned parking is under the unit and a getting a big SUV navigated into the spot might be a challenge. 2) The unit is basically on stilts and as a previous reviewer mentioned, you can feel the unit move. "The apartment was spacious for the 6 of us; 2 adult 2 children 2 dogs. The host was easy to get ahold of and responded fairly quick back, the ease of the instructions for check in and out was great. We would definitely love to stay again in the future here!"

"We enjoyed our stay. Close to entertainment and grocery stores. We especially appreciated the security with the gated parking lot. Perfect place for two couples with each having their own bathroom. Excellent communication with hosts - they responded immediately to our one issue and was resolved right way. I would stay here again!"

"Cute little place. Very easy to find, 1 mile from TCU. Clean, looked new, smelled good. Only thing I would recommend is curtains on the windows in the living space. A lot of light comes through the windows at night if you like it completely dark like us but overall a great space. I would definitely stay again. "

"The property was nice, the apartment was nice. No complaints at all there.The few blocks around the property we're pretty sketchy. My wife didnt feel comfortable going to/from the car alone at night.The valet service is very conveinent, but also can get backed up at times. 2 instances it was like 30 minutes to get my car.All that being said, it is extremely close to everything there is in Dallas and was definitely worth the price. "

"We enjoyed the relaxing, artistic space and the home was stocked with everything needed for our weekend stay. We would stay here again and recommend it to others. Loved the free parking once we figured out how to get to it. We needed better communication about that. Check in first and get the parking pass from inside the apartment. Note: You can't use elevators in the building's main parking garage."

"We had a great weekend at Bridgete's apartment in Arlington, TX. We were here for the Cowboys vs Commanders game and this place is within walking distance of the stadium (about 1 mile). Communication with Bridgete was on point and we would definitely recommend her place to anyone coming to town for an event near Six Flags and AT&T stadium. Playing Cornhole in the fenced in back yard was a major plus. Thank you for being a gracious host "
