"From check in to check out, we had a great time at the Grand Bahia. The only area of improvement would be around alcoholic drinks. The bartenders didn't have access to mint and wasn't able to make mojito's which are my drink of choice. "

"There is nothing good to say about this place. They stole our money. Due to Covid we had to postpone our trip. They told us we can rebook at anytime. Now, after travel restrictions have been lifted, no one is available to help us. We are first responders that need and deserve a vacation. Thieves! "

"The property was lovely. Staff was kind and professional. There are plenty of activities around the resort. We stayed in a suite which was roomy and quite comfortable for our family of four, with scenic ocean views. Now the not so good parts- room service was not great. Housekeeping did the bare minimum and when we asked for towels (which they forgot to bring) and an extra blanket for the pull out couch didn’t have one, it took hours to get. "We stayed at the Hyatt Zilara in February 2025. The resort was very clean and the staff was exceptional, always there to help you and went out of their way to make your stay memorable. The food was amazing. There were many different options at each dining location including seafood and vegetarian options. The rooms are spacious and clean. I always felt safe during my stay as only employees and other people staying at the resort were allowed on the resort properties, including the beach. There...
