"Originally booked a room in Astro’s section and when we got there, realised I promised my son that we’d stay in Dusty’s Digs again for his 6th Birthday. I made the request and we were immediately moved to Dusty’s Digs with no extra charge. This is our 3rd consecutive year staying at the resort and we cannot wait for our 2026 trip back! Thank you!"

This section of the island is in strife with Electricity and Gas being switched off and the locals of the Cove living off generators or just leaving the island. It’s a sad situation for them. Most of the features listed in the booking ad were not in use. - No Cafe - No Watersports - No Fitness Centre - No Park - No Bowls - Only 1 place to eat with very limited choice - worse of all, the pool was not in use. "The room was nice for three people, however, I have a family of 4 and when booking this accommodation we were told that it would accommodate 4 of us, but when we entered the room there were two single beds pushed together and a pull out lounge which left us confused on how it would accommodate 4 people. "Excellent laid back holiday enjoyed in the hot tub and by the fire pit. Beds and pillows were comfy and location meant we could walk to the supermarket, ferry and swimming spot with ease To top it all off, the host was excellent with communication and going over and above to make sure that we had a memorable and enjoyable holiday Thanks!"

"Rob's two bedrooms apartment is located at beach house which is less than 5 mins walk to the Coolangatta beach, very convenient location to the restaurant and supermarket. The property is well maintained, when we arrived the staff is very warm welcome and gave us a run down the activities during the week.
