"Everything about this resort was exceptional!"

"Shouted the hubby one night away without the kids. Only an hour away from where we live. Amazing view, so nice & peaceful. Only downfall was the driveway to the place was narrow & we could not see upcoming vehicles approaching around the windy roads. The meals were overpriced a three course dinner (small portions) was $118 & breakfast was a-lot more. Otherwise overall a nice short getaway."

"Our room had an amazing view of Lake Rotorua. The area is nice and quiet and relaxing. The complementary breakfast was very delicious. Parking was okay, but the driveway was very narrow and only one lane. Overall highly recommended if you really want to stay away from the tourists."

Our room/studio was quiet, with a separate bedroom featuring the best mattress of our long trips to NZ. "This was the best overall place we stayed during our two months in New Zealand. Each room has a separate section of a huge balcony with stunning views, comfortable patio furniture. The room was large, comfortable, with large picture windows. The bathroom was large and modern with a great shower.
