"Easy access to the airport. Stood outside waiting for a the hotel shuttle over an hour from 9pm No one came. Dialed the hotel 15 times no answer to ask about the shuttle. When finally connected with the agent he said they have no contact for the driver to tell him where i am at the airport. The last shuttle was 1030. I ended up catching an Uber at 10:45pm to the hotel. "

"We could hear right through the bathroom wall into neighbors room, and on the other side of us was housekeeping and they spoke loudly in Spanish, played Spanish music, all morning long. So much for sleeping in! Top floor room."

"The hotel is very new, clean, in a very god location and the staff is friendly and supportive. The only negative thing is that there is not storage space in the rooms and it is not comfortable for long stays. They charge 35$ + tax for valet parking and it is very well communicated in advance, but you can park for fee on the nearby street."

"Check-in procedures are slow and although most were being offered sparkling wine, we were not. Additional, our room was not ready at the allotted check-in time. No explanation or retribution was offered. Skip the Asian restaurant upstairs. The sushi was horrible and the staff unfriendly and hurried. "This is about the 4th time we've stayed at Playa Largo. The amenities are great... service was good this time but is hit or miss. This was the second time we've had leaking in our room though. This time, 2 nights in a row, there was a big puddle in the hall on the way to the bathroom. Lucky we didn't slip and fall. It was enough water to soak an entire bath towel.
